2 Stars - Pretty Bad
So the Bourne trilogy was a great series about government agents who were super awesome and intelligent because they worked hard to be super awesome and intelligent. This is about government agents who have been genetically modified and have to take pills to be super awesome and intelligent. Lame.
So this makes the main character seem far less capable than he should do since he's just sort of a junkie dying for a fix.
On top of that the plot wasn't very gripping and the action scenes were weirdly dull... so yeah its pretty bad.
